AI Full Stack (CERT)

The AI Full Stack certificate prepares a student to develop AI-enabled Software Applications and Products. Imagine a company wants to develop a software feature on their website or mobile application that uses AI, like a chatbot, or a chat agent. Your goal in completing this certificate would be to help the company develop that feature.

This certificate starts with no programming knowledge, introduces backend languages like Python, then Java, then frontend languages and frameworks like JavaScript and React, then finally full stack languages and frameworks like TypeScript, Next JS, and LangGraph. You can complete the first three classes as quickly as a single semester if you are very committed. The fourth class is available every semester, so you could also do two the first semester, and two more the next semester if that feels more evenly spread out. Then you will need to take Advanced AI Full Stack Development as the capstone course for the certificate.

This is an emerging field, and it is ripe and ready to harvest, with several new and emerging job titles such as AI Support Specialist, AI Specialist, and AI Software Developer,
