Course Description
Students are introduced to theories and practices of supply chain and operations management. Topics explored and practiced in this course include operations planning, negotiation, quality, distribution logistics, theory of constraints, just-in-time, key performance indicators, and lean manufacturing. Students will gain an understanding of how to apply key principles of operations management to an organization.
