Complete the following skills certificate. The following are general outcomes for skills certificates to determine the transferability of non-Ensign College certificates outside of the established college disciplines. All non-Ensign College certificates will be evaluated to demonstrate consistency in rigor and credit requirements with Ensign College certificates before acceptance. Specific program learning outcomes for Ensign College skills certificates are identified in each certificate record.
In completing a skills certificate, students will be able to:

Students must complete 9-10 additional elective credits to earn the minimum 60 credits required for the degree. These credits may include Pathway Connect or other transfer credits.
For students who do not already have other elective credits, we recommend choosing 9 credits from the following courses:
HIST 175 History of Technology in the United States
ENG 301 Technical Writing
IT 320 Cybersecurity Risk Analysis & Policy or IT 330 Azure Technologies
Students pursuing a System Administration BAS can choose either IT 320 or IT 330. Students pursuing a Cybersecurity BAS should take IT 320
The following program-required courses also fulfill general AAS or general education requirements. As program requirements, these courses require a minimum grade of C- (see policy.ensign.edu/policy/graduation-policy).
