Overview

The Associate of Science degree in Applied Learning and General Education provides students with a wide base of knowledge and a wide range of opportunities. The applied skills certificate within the degree is designed to facilitate employment opportunities and equip students with the skills necessary to increase earning potential.  Meanwhile, the general education courses satisfy core requirements to continue toward an Ensign College Bachelor’s degree or to transfer to another institution for further education and advanced degrees.  

Career Opportunities

This degree gives students a quick entry into the marketplace now as well as the option for continued education to advance their careers in the future.  The eternal truths acquired in this distinctly gospel environment help build family and prepare the student for leadership in employment, the Church, and community.  Students will complete one skills certificate aligned with industry skills. Students can find career opportunities on the web pages for each certificate.
