Business Management - Human Resources (Four Year BAS)

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management will give students the opportunity to explore the fast paced and ever-changing environment of human resource management. Every successful business and industry require capable employees that can navigate all areas of recruitment, onboarding, development, employee relations and the legal environment of employment.

Students will graduate honed with the skills to manage change and to execute solutions for the ever-changing job market.

With an emphasis in Human Resource Management, students will be prepared to work in exciting, wide-ranging, cutting- edge careers that provide meaningful impact to an interconnected global community. Graduates of this program will find use for their skills in talent acquisition, training and development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and employment law.

This program is designed to enhance employability by developing industry-relevant skills and preparing students for applicable industry certifications; however, it is not designed or intended to lead to professional licensure in any state.
